We
are selling lots of "Rules" decals for the front overhead
in side the school bus. Some of the spot inspections are pointing
out that the "Rules" decal must be posted. We have
them available in the standard 8.5 x 11 sze (part number SD-715)
and also the small 6x6 inch for where space is limited (part
number SD-715SM). |

We
at Solar Graphics are currently working up a "Graphic
Checklist" that will be perfect for having a driver or
mechanic walk each bus and check all the graphics and be sure
the bus will be "Inspection Ready". We will email
out the file, we will make it a PDF and you can print it and
make copies as needed. We also will post it on this website
if we don't have ypu on our emailing list. If you care to

We
do seem to be getting many requests for the "Emergency
Exit" instruction decals on the glass of the emergency
windows. They are being mentioned if they are faded or have
peeled corners. |

We
heard a few customers calling in for reflective tape and mentioning
that the inspection teams will be looking for "faded"
reflective tape, which of coarse will have to be replaced. We
carry the Reflexite tape in stock and now also carry the DayBright
tape if you are looking for a more economical tape that also
has some daytime visibility. |

Many
school districts in Ohio are re-numbering the state ID number.
Keep in mind we can cut the number with the 5 numbers on one
sheet, perfectly spaced, for easier installation, and the price
is still just .65 cents per character. Or we have individual
numbers and number kits if you prefer to do it that way. We
can cut the 5 numbers and get in the mail the same day or the
next day at the latest. Drop

Some
new buses are coming through with Day-Brite reflective tape
on them. This tape is made by Reflexite and has a cross hatch
pattern which makes it more visible in daylight hours. We do
have an order in for this tape and will be stocking it for inspections
this year if you do need this material to patch any buses. See

page to identify this tape. It is in the lowest right hand
corner.

Spot
inspections seem to be pointing out any EMERGENCY EXIT decals
that seem to be even slightly peeling that they need to be replaced
before summer inspections. This decal seems to be one that is
constantly pointed out for replacement.

We
seem to be having many requests for the 'RAILROAD CROSSING"
decals on the back of any van vehicles. Keep in mind we also
have a matching small decal that can be put on the dashboard
to remind the driver
